In order to enhance the capabilities of our organization, it is essential to offer competitive salaries to individuals with Master’s or Doctorate degrees, as well as consider hiring professionals from abroad who can contribute to delivering the highest quality of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. To meet our growing demands and ensure comprehensive care, we require additional professionals in various roles. These include clinical program managers, a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), tutors, behavioral and speech therapists, physical therapists, and a specialist dedicated to observing and assessing the behavior of each child. Therefore, AWA must expand its professional staff.
