Jessica Stolyarskaya was born in the Los Angeles, California area to Ukrainian-Soviet immigrants. She grew up in the West Hollywood area where she deeply resonated with her cultural roots, and explored many avenues to connect with her local Ukrainian-Jewish community. In her free time, Jessica loves to ballroom dance and listen to endless 90s Eurodance playlists on Spotify. Jessica comes to the Ahead with Autism team as an experienced and motivated Human Resources & Talent Acquisition professional with expertise in recruitment, content strategy, talent management, employee relations, and leadership & organizational development. Jessica graduated from UCLA with an undergraduate background in English Literature, in addition to graduating with her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jessica is also an expert content strategist and marketing analytics professional; most of her marketing success is driven by efforts channeled through social media & TikTok. She is deeply passionate about Ahead with Autism’s mission to offer comprehensive educational and therapeutic resources to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism. She is thrilled to be a member of the non-profit’s founding team and motivated to render a positive change in the greater autism community.
