As the Founder and President (CEO) of EIFC (Enrichment Intervention Family Center), Inna Pinkhasova always had a vision for launching not only a successful venture, but a venture that would have a truly transformative impact on her surrounding community. Born in Russia, raised in San Francisco, and having carved out her career in Los Angeles, as an entrepreneur, Inna boasts a diversified spectrum of life and business experiences.
Throughout her career, Inna’s business acumen as master strategist helped build and establish a multitude of successful start-up businesses from the ground. Following her graduation from UCLA and her subsequent obtainment of a Master of Science (MS) in ABA, Inna knew she had an unequivocal calling to build an organization that would help people, with a particular focus in assisting at-risk children.

Andrey Gogauzer is a distinguished professional with a diverse background encompassing finance, investment, entrepreneurship, and a deep personal connection to autism. He holds a degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where he honed his analytical and strategic skills.
With his solid educational foundation, Andrey embarked on a successful career in the financial sector. He gained valuable experience working at AIG Corporation A, a prominent multinational insurance and finance corporation. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional acumen as a financier, contributing to the company’s financial strategies and investment decisions.

Jessica Stolyarskaya

Jessica Stolyarskaya was born in the Los Angeles, California area to Ukrainian-Soviet immigrants. She grew up in the West Hollywood area where she deeply resonated with her cultural roots, and explored many avenues to connect with her local Ukrainian-Jewish community. In her free time, Jessica loves to ballroom dance and listen to endless 90s Eurodance playlists on Spotify.
